COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update
We have been advised that USPS continue to deliver as normal to the USA and Canada but it would be reasonable to anticipate extra time due to restrictions that might be in place and additional safety measures being implemented due to new COVID-19 safety precautions. We value the safety of our customers and are thankful for your patience.
As a small business based in the UK, we wanted to use this platform to give our customers an important update on the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation and how it’s affecting us and our customers.
Furthermore, if a customer wishes to return an item, upon proof of postage, the refund will be processed within 2-3 working days.
Our warehouse team is continuing to follow safety guidelines, making sure that the government advised extra extensive hand washing, hygiene and frequent, deep cleaning is taking place.
Moving forward we will continue to follow government guidelines and keep our customers updated. Due to the nature of this situation, please be aware that our T&Cs, return policy and shipping capacity may change at any time. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, these are difficult times where the situation is changing on a daily basis.
